As a courtesy to our patients who have dental insurance, we will file at no charge. We accept payment of benefits directly from the insurance company, provided the patient's co-payment is collected at the time of service. However, keep in mind that the entire balance is your responsibility whether the insurance company pays your claim or not. Always remember there are no guarantees with your insurance. If your claim is not paid in full within thirty days the balance will be billed to the patient.
